First: is it your flat or the building?
Typical Warsaw heating season runs roughly mid-September to mid-October to April, and each building switches on at its own time. If every flat is cold, the fix is with the building administrator (zarządca) or the district heating supplier, not a plumber. If neighbours are warm and you are not, or one radiator is cold, that is a job for us.

Combi boiler or district heating?
Most Warsaw blocks are on district heating: there is no boiler in the flat, heat comes from a building substation, and the administrator controls the season. Many newer flats and houses have a gas combi boiler on the wall that heats both radiators and tap water. Tell us which you have (a photo is perfect) and we send the right person.

A combi boiler diagnosis visit in Warsaw is typically 250–600 PLN. Diagnosis only; parts and gas-safe repair billed separately.

Usually that is the building or district heating, not your flat. Ask your building administrator (zarządca) first. Our cold radiators checker has a message you can copy in Polish. If neighbours are warm and you are not, book a visit.
Do you repair gas combi boilers?
We arrange visits for combi boiler faults, pressure loss and error codes. Any work on the gas side is done by a technician with gas qualifications. You get the diagnosis and the quote in English either way.
Which boiler brands do you work with?
Common brands in Warsaw flats include Vaillant, Junkers / Bosch, Viessmann, Termet, Immergas and Beretta. Send the brand and any error code on the display with your request.
How quickly can someone come?
We reply in English, usually the same weekday. No heat in winter and leaking radiators are prioritised. Mark the form URGENT if you have no heating or hot water.
